| Rockhopper penguins are the third smallest penguin,
but they make up for it with their fesity attitudes, thinking nothing
of picking a fight with another penguin coming too close! They prefer
rocky cliffs as areas to nest and have been known to spurn vast empty
stretches of sandy beaches (certainly, at Saunders Island in the Falklands,
they ignored a nearly barron beach near their cliff...) |
